We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, minor variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to screen settings, materials, or manufacturing processes.
Orders are confirmed only after payment confirmation or official acceptance by Cusella. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other operational reasons.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. Payments must be made through approved payment methods available on our platform. Cusella does not store card details.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability and location. Installation services are provided only for selected products and locations.
Customized, stitched, or made-to-measure furnishing products, including curtains and furniture, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective at delivery.
Eligible products may be returned within the specified return period if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed as per Cusella’s Return and Refund Policy.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Cusella is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
All content, including logos, designs, images, text, and software, is the property of Cusella Soft Furnishing LLP and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Cusella shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.
Cusella reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and app.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.

Cusella provides measurement guidance and services where applicable. If measurements are provided by the customer, dealer, architect, or third party, Cusella shall not be responsible for fitting issues, sizing errors, or related outcomes.
Installation services are limited to the agreed scope only. Any additional civil work, electrical work, structural modification, or site preparation required will be charged separately. Cusella is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing site conditions.
Orders for customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started. Cancellation requests for eligible products must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
Warranty, if applicable, is limited to manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, environmental conditions, or normal wear and tear.
Cusella shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation delays, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
Dealers, partners, and business users are responsible for the actions of their employees using their accounts. Cusella reserves the right to suspend dealer accounts for misuse, fraudulent activity, or policy violations.
