If you utilize our on-site measurement and installation services, it is your responsibility to ensure the provided space is accessible and ready. Cusella is not liable for structural limitations of your property that prevent installation.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of stock unavailability or pricing errors. In such rare cases, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
5. Delivery Timelines
While we strive to deliver your furnishings promptly, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, custom tailoring requirements, and location. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
6. Returns and Refunds
Standard (non-customized) products may be eligible for return within our specified return window, provided they are entirely unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Custom-made items are strictly non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
